We’re looking for business-minded professionals to become self-employed Trainer/Assessors within our business.  Our unique business model allows flexibility our Trainer/Assessors to work whenever and wherever they wish and also provides scope for significant earning potential.

Our authorised Trainer/Assessors deliver course content and assessment via Guardian Assess, our custom-built online system that removes all paper administrative and compliance tasks.  This allows our Trainer/Assessors to focus on student learning and outcomes.

Trainer and Assessors with Guardian Training Services are responsible for recruiting students and delivering training and assessment in Certificate III and IV in Disability and Individual Support. Guardian Training Services will provide induction training for Guardian Assess, plus mentoring and guidance for achieving success in your new business venture.

Essential Requirements
  • Current certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).
  • Demonstrated industry, VET and training and assessment currency and experience.
Desirable
  • Current registered ABN and professional indemnity and public liability insurance.  We can assist you to obtain these items if you do not already have them.

Your success will be driven by your positive attitude and enthusiasm, along with your ability to communicate and relate to people to build a student base.
